Prices shown are for the apartment per week in UK Pounds. In addition a payment of £45 cleaning/linen service per booking payable with deposit. 10% deposite payable on booking, balance payable 12 weeks prior to departure.  We regret we cannot issue refunds for cancellations of less than 12 weeks notice.
